Beginning Latin for Home School (gr 4-8)
Single-session Laser Engraving Workshop: Learn how to use the Glowforge laser engraver to make ornaments for the holidays. A parent and their child may work together on the same project for no extra charge. Single 1.5 hr evening sessions.
Learn how to solder electronics to make cool gadgets such as snowflake ornament, FM radio, crystal nightlight, spinning top, and more. Kit is included in the workshop price.
Battlin’Bots and other Members‘ Free Time activities.
On Fridays, open members time is usually 6-9 pm.
Join us for stargazing at our public telescope nights. On a typical evening we will turn our large 12" diameter telescope toward the moon, planets, stars, space station, and other objects in the night sky.
This event is free and open to the public on scheduled Friday or Saturday evenings, weather permitting. Children are welcome, however they must be supervised by parents at all times. Optional: BYO binoculars, warm jacket, hand sanitizer, bug repellent.
